Hospice Palliative Care Ontario (HPCO) is pleased to invite you to participate at the 2014 annual conference by submitting an abstract for an oral paper, poster or workshop presentation. Topics related to Research, Scientific/Advanced Clinical Practice; Leadership, Systems or Integration; Volunteer Management; or Psychosocial, Spiritual, Bereavement or Complementary Therapy focuses will be considered. The conference aims to present abstracts reflecting evidence-based practice, best practice principles, innovative programming or clinical challenges.
The Annual Conference will be held from Sunday, April 27 to Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at the Sheraton Parkway Toronto North Hotel & Conference Centre. This conference provides the highest quality learning and educational opportunities for professionals working in hospice palliative care. The program includes interdisciplinary education, a forum for the exchange of scientific information, the presentation of research related to hospice palliative care, showcasing products and services, and networking.
