CWPCN Conference – November 7

The Central West Palliative Care Network is pleased to announce that REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN for the upcoming conference “Promoting Excellence in Palliative Care” taking place Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at the Embassy Grand Convention Centre in Brampton, ON.
