EMERGENT AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION

CBC Radio Canada is doing a story on Spiritual Care including a look at the recent cutting of 13 positions in Fraser Heath district of BC. As you may be aware, CAPPE has been actively advocating for reinstatement of the affected chaplains. The Current will air this story for one half hour during its regular 1 1/2 hour program on MONDAY, FEB 1 (this Monday) on CBC radio One between 8:30am and 10:00am. The plan is for the Spiritual Care piece to be on at 9:30 – however that may be adjusted. For your local frequency check the CBC website at www.cbc.ca/thecurrent. In Vancouver the show airs on 690 am or 88.1 fm.
